This is just one example of a label I put on a quilt I made for my Mother-n-law. Her Mother had passed away, so I took her clothing and made a scrappy quilt for her. She just love it.
This blog is dedicated to all of the Sew Mamas who have come before us,the Sew Mama in all of us and to all of our Sew Mamas in training!

Block of the Month September
Ladies...........sorry I have been so slow at this. Here are the blocks for this month. I'll try to get the other colorway on here in the next couple of days. I hope you are having fun! ...Carol
It has occurred to me that this block would look really nice with the floral fabrics reversed.......you choose which you want to do.....I would keep the pinwheel dark.......... |

September Idea Share
Our idea share this month is- How do you label your quilt. Tell what you do, post a picture and or bring an example to quilt guild next month! Please include the info you put on the label, what you make your label out of, how you write on your label and how you attach it to the quilt.

Block of the Month
We are now doing 2 blocks per month. If you are doing the black, green, and blue one, remember there are no quilt police and if you sew it wrong, it's okay. Check the book for what it is really supposed to look like! (We love you Cindy!)
Here's the second one:
Here is one of the beginner blocks, the other one is soon to come or not!
